The construction of a new and unique residential complex is under way. The complex will be situated on near the bank of the Dnieper River.

The construction company Miskzhytlobud is undertaking the construction of ‘Riverstone’ on the left bank of the Dnieper.

Riverstone will be a complex of 10 apartment buildings, a kindergarten, surface and underground parking and all necessary infra-structure. The comples will also include a park, landscaped garden and sculptures.

The capacity of the complex is 3670 people and will cover an area of about 174 200 squared metres.

The buildings are built using cast-frame technology. In November 2010 the frames of 3 of the buildings were constructed and currently the construction of the first building has been completed up to the 6th floor.

The first stage of construction will be completed by the 2012.

The 3rd building which was recently completed is an elite complex. There are 609 residential apartments, with the residential area covering 23 800sq m and a total area of 49 780sq m. There is space for shops in the complex with the 3rd building able to host between 21-25 shops. There are 9 parking areas with a collective area of 36 831sq m and which can accommodate 852 cars.

The complete residential complex consists of 3 apartment buildings which contain 1563 apartments, which cover an area of 122 000sq m. The 6 hectare area has a kindergarten for 300 children, a 10 floor parking lot, a variety of shops, dry cleaners, dentists, and a fitness centre. Goloseevo is classified as a ‘Business+’ complex. The total area of the complex is 220 000sq m.
