Department of design and decoration established by the Miskzhitlobud Company develops interior design for the dwelling houses which were built by the Company.

The Company offers to its clients the whole work package for flat decoration, starting from the development of design project till the obligatory control of the work realization.

The decorated flats are opened to visit in the first house of the residential complex Holosiyevo.

They have different design, cost of works and materials. Investors will be able to see the final result and to amend the designers’ decisions.

The Miskzhitlobud Company makes interior finishing contract that includes the due date of the works, the final cost, the kind of decoration materials, the specification of sanitary engineering, kitchen-range, air funnel, built-in kitchen furniture and sliding-door wardrobes. The contract provides for the guarantee for all kinds of works and materials.
