On 8 September 2006, the company received a new construction five years license with extended list of design and construction works.

The company’s structure includes architectural design bureau, four complex construction crews comprised of highly skilled specialists of different profiles, engineering and technical personnel with wide work experience.

Employees professionalism is complemented by the own well equipped material and logistical base comprised of several production subdivisions:

• department of metal structures which satisfies the needs of the company in different structures;
• lumber department which can manufacture a wide range of lumber products on modern equipment;
• department of mechanization which has sufficient number of modern transport and construction machines to perform construction works;
• construction materials warehouses;
• quality control laboratory for monolithic structures.

The company employs modern technology of monolithic and skeleton construction of high-rise buildings which allows to implement fresh architects ideas and provides unlimited possibilities for individual planning of buildings. This technology enables the company to reduce construction time, lower the costs, and perform the work on construction sites limited in area.

Additionally to already utilized materials that proved themselves well, the company uses materials with improved qualities during work performing.

Now, the company shows a rapid development. For a short time, it became one of the key players on construction market in area of residential and commercial real estate. Monthly volume of construction installation works exceeding UAH 20 million (USD 4 million).
