During last two years, the company has substantially increased its capacities.

For 2005-2006, company assets have grown by USD 55.5 million (from USD 1.5 million to USD 57 million.)

Construction Company Miskzhytlobud asset growth dynamics

Construction is financed from company’s own funds, bank loans, and funds provided by individuals and legal entities – future owners of apartments and non-residential premises.

Pursuant to the latest requirements of legislative acts and in order to provide the clients with future legal guarantees, cash from individual clients is attracted via bonds. Client buys Miskzhytlobud bonds which, in turn, shall redeem them within the predetermined timeframe by providing apartments, parking spots, or nonresidential premises.

Total amount of bonds issued is UAH 726.2 million.

Independent rating agency Credit Rating has assigned a long-term credit rating uaВ (positive) to all three issues of registered target bonds of Construction Company Miskzhytlobud, LLC.
