General contract

As a general contractor, Miskzhytlobud performs the following:

• all types of design works (architectural and construction design, erection of load-bearing structures, design of internal engineering networks, systems, and facilities, etc.);
• construction and installation works of different types of complexity;
• repair and decoration works;
• design projects of premises including architectural approvals of re-planning of residential and nonresidential premises;
• delivery of turnkey projects to acceptance commission and to client.

The company performs works in different construction conditions and adheres to high technologies and strict quality work safety standards.

The company’s structure includes architectural design bureau, four complex construction crews comprised of highly skilled specialists of different profiles, engineering and technical personnel with wide work experience.
