Company development prospects are determined by substantial package of construction orders. One of the priority directions for the nearest future is commercial Real estate construction meet contemporary requirements. By 2011 the company plans to construct more than 1 million sq.m of of multifunctional office and entertainment commercial area, as well as project of cottage village in Kyiv suburb.
