Implemented projects

Miskzhytlobud has successful experience in project implementation. The company had already constructed a 240 apartments residential building with underground parking (site: Kyiv, Verkhovna Rada Boulevard 14B) ordered by Holding Company Kyivmiskbud (the Principal) within the timeframe stipulated by the agreement. Total area of the building is 20,000 m2, including of 18,858 m2 apartments.

Projects under construction

Keeping on increasing the rate of development, MiskZhitlobud constructs simultaneously several projects.

One of the largest projects today is residential complex Holosiyevo at Holosiivska Str. 13 in Kyiv, which includes three monolithic-frame brick buildings 20-25 stories each, children’s center with swimming pool, mega parking and objects of social infrastructure (stores, restaurants, beauty salons, medical facilities, banking institutions, etc.).

RC Holosiyevo belongs to Business+ category. After completion, total area of the complex will have 218.7 thousand m2, including 154.98 thousand m2 will be the total area of residential part.
